If you are feeling stuck, trapped or unable to cope with life demands, then it might be a good time to share the load and talk about it in a safe, confidential setting. I can offer warm and empathic counselling that may give you clarity in the difficulty that you are facing at this point of your life.
I am a qualified counsellor with experience covering a wide range of issues, ranging from working with adolescents to victims of domestic violence. I would like to share that heavy load with you, and in time you might find more of that inner strength to deal with what you’re carrying.
I am a BACP registered member (certificate in CBT) and hold a BA (Hons) in Person-Centered Therapy.
I’m a certified supervisor for individuals and groups.
